Vibration often snaps off the cheap tabs holding those lights. Good for you for posting that. I have a tendency to just keep the cycling stuff I find, although so far it’s only an ankle band.

It looks like the post I linked to has been updated. Now it says that the bike may be revivied if a bunch of things happen to lower the cost.

Hey, welcome back, and thanks for the link! That car camping with bikes is a little tricky alright. We did a trip this summer with two vehicles, one of which was dedicated to gear and bikes only, three on a rear rack and two stuffed inside!

I don’t live in Toronto either, but rather in suburban York Region, just north of the big smoke. I generally quit riding when the snow flies as I’m not comfortable riding on slippery streets in the dark on the heavy/fast traffic of suburban arterial roads. If I had alternate routes on local roads, I think I would feel more comfortable.
